Meet Caiti Mae
Owner + Lead PlannerCaiti Mae is the owner and lead planner behind CW Events. With a heart for hospitality and a love for thoughtful details, she brings a calm, organized, and hands-on approach to every wedding she plans.
Her experience has been shaped by years spent working across many sides of the event industry, giving her a well-rounded understanding of what it takes to bring a celebration together seamlessly. From the behind-the-scenes logistics to the guest experience, she knows how much care, communication, and preparation go into creating a wedding day that feels effortless.
Her planning style is both personal and practical — guiding couples through decisions, anticipating needs before they arise, and making sure the wedding day flows smoothly from start to finish. Whether she is building a timeline, communicating with vendors, managing family dynamics, or quietly solving problems behind the scenes, Caiti Mae’s goal is always the same: to help couples feel supported, confident, and fully present.
With experience in both wedding planning and private events, she understands how much care goes into creating a celebration that feels effortless. She is also a RAMP-certified bartender, bringing an additional layer of hospitality knowledge and event-day awareness to the celebrations she manages. Her favorite part of the work is giving couples and their families the freedom to relax, enjoy the day, and savor the moments that matter most.
Assistant Planners
Our assistant planners support the CW Events experience with the same care, professionalism, and attention to detail. From setup and timeline support to vendor communication and guest assistance, they help ensure each wedding day runs smoothly and every detail is thoughtfully cared for.
In addition to planning support, our team includes multiple RAMP-certified bartenders who can assist with private events and select wedding-day hospitality needs when appropriate. Whether supporting the timeline, assisting guests, or helping with bar service, each member of our team plays an important role in creating a calm, organized, and seamless event experience for our couples and their families.
